1. The position is responsible for providing professional support in HR functions , including recruitment process, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, training, policy implementation, employee relations, HR policies & procedures updates, and special projects.
2. Collaborate with the Asia Pacific and Global Talent Management Team to assist the Taipei office in evaluating and implementing relevant global human resources policies.
