工作內容:
Core responsibilities:
1. Client pitch /fee proposal / capability statement (Mainly in PowerPoint) preparation and coordination
2. Rankings (Mainly Chambers, legal 500, IFLR 1000) submission package preparation and coordination
3. Regional and local client events planning, execution and coordination
4. Industry Association Program monitoring and activities execution support
5. English and Chinese website content updates (Mainly Client alerts posting , practice group services Description & lawyers CVs)
6. Media relationship & exposure management (incl. press release preparation)
7. Management meeting / presentation material preparation (Mainly PPT)
8. Other BD, Marketing and Communication activities execution and document preparation
9. Support ad hoc requests from local and regional management ( incl. BDMC heads)

擅長工具:Adobe Acrobat、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Word
工作技能:文書處理╱排版能力、報表彙整與管理、管理行事曆與會議協調安排、研討會/講座活動規劃與執行、社群媒體經營管理、市場調查資料分析與報告撰寫、廣告企劃案╱文案撰寫、客戶資料更新維護、業務或通路開發、業績與管理報表撰寫、客戶情報蒐集
其他條件:
1. Bachelor's degree and above; a Master's degree is preferred.
2. At least three years of experience working in business development, marketing or communications, preferably in the professional services firm for 3 to 5 years
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
4. Flexibility and willingness to assist with urgent work outside standard hours to fulfill the responsibilities of the role
5. High degree of motivation, with driving sense of responsibility, accountability and responsiveness
6. High degree of attention to detail
